Mindfulness is the practice of paying attention. Noticing what is happening right now, in our minds and in our bodies. When we become more aware of what is actually going on we are in a much better place to take action to make positive changes. This can involve changing our thoughts, actions or changing our perspective. It is a simple practice but the effects can be quite profound.
